Hi, I’m Grae.
I teach the Alexander Technique and improvisational theater, and I spend a lot of time trying to understand how bodies, creativity, and everyday life shape each other. For years, I’ve been working at the intersection of movement, performance, and the small human moments where we figure out how to feel better and more like our true selves.
Notes That Might Help is where I am starting to keep the fragments: field notes from teaching and performing, practices and experiments in feeling better, and resources and projects in progress.
This space is low-pressure on purpose — a field notebook, not a finished book. A place to think in public, to make sense of things, or at least to express the nonsense.
Think of this as a notebook left open on the table, one I’m happy to have a friend like you thumb through.
I hope you find something helpful.
